Ages 12-17, July 15-28, 2018

Demigod Lodge located 2 hours East of Seattle in the Cascade Mountains.

XGENS' teaches and works with youth and professionals who come from a variety of countries particularly the US, Canada, Britain, France, South Korea, Mexico, and the Netherlands, among others. Subjects covered during our programs include concepts relevant to the arts (visual, design, music and theatre); advanced computing (artificial intelligence, VR/AR); biology, chemistry and physics including the fields of biotech, commercial space, and genetics; economics and finance; languages including English, French, Greek, Latin and Arabic; and smart infrastructure and systems.

Leslie Bishko is an Associate Professor of Animation at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Her teaching and research are centered on the dynamics of expression through movement in the medium of animation. She is a certified Laban Movement Analyst and has published widely on how LMA can help animators gain a deeper understanding of the Functional and Expressive aspects of movement.
